Terms and conditions

Last updated: October 8, 2026

These terms explain the use of zuvel.ai and the general framework of your relationship with Zuvel. Contracting a product or service requires agreeing on its scope and specific terms; visiting the website or sending an inquiry does not create a subscription or a payment obligation.

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

2. Website and contracting

The website presents our products, services and contact channels. It currently does not allow you to create product accounts, make payments or contract automatically. Writing to us by email or WhatsApp does not mean Zuvel has accepted a project.

Before a service starts, the proposal and its acceptance by people authorized to contract must be documented. The specific terms accepted supplement this text and prevail on particular matters, always respecting mandatory rules and consumer rights where applicable.

3. Products and agreed scope

AI Workers brings AI agents that serve customers, handle sales and carry out business tasks automatically. Lead Engine helps organize and qualify B2B sales opportunities. Hexis is focused on personal habits. Zuvel also builds custom AI, automation, software, data and consulting solutions.

The descriptions on the website present their general purposes. Each proposal must specify the available features, deliverables, channels, usage limits, dependencies, timelines, responsibilities and support included. A feature described for one product is not automatically added to the others. Commitments expressly offered and accepted must be fulfilled.

4. Prices, payments and cancellations

The price, currency, applicable taxes, payment method and any third-party costs must be stated in the proposal before it is accepted. If recurring payments are agreed, the period, limits, renewal and how to cancel must also be stated. This website does not by itself set fees, automatic renewals, penalties or usage-based charges.

Changes in scope or price require an applicable agreement; publishing a new version of this page does not retroactively change what was contracted. Requests for cancellation, refunds or billing corrections are received at [email protected] and handled according to the agreement and the law.

Where there is a consumer relationship, the applicable rights to warranty, withdrawal and payment reversal are respected, with their legal requirements and exceptions. There is no general exclusion of refunds and you are not required to waive those rights.

5. Responsible use

Use Zuvel's channels and solutions for lawful purposes and within the authorized scope. Provide relevant and accurate information, protect any access assigned to you and report any unauthorized use you become aware of.

  • Do not access other businesses' information or attempt to breach, interfere with or overload the systems.
  • Do not use automations to impersonate people, commit fraud, send unauthorized communications or infringe third-party rights.
  • Only share information you can legitimately use; avoid unnecessary credentials or sensitive data.

6. AI and automatic operation

AI Workers and Zuvel's automations can handle requests and carry out actions end to end, with no manual intervention, within the instructions, permissions, rules and limits that the business defines and agrees with Zuvel. Before going live, the reference information, applicable prices and terms, and enabled actions are configured and tested.

The business is responsible for keeping the information, prices and rules used by the system up to date, and can adjust, pause or turn off automatic actions whenever it needs to. If the business prefers, it can define cases or actions that are handed over to a person on its team before they are carried out. AI-generated results may contain errors; each implementation defines automatic validations, activity logs and a channel for the business and its customers to request corrections. AI does not guarantee specific business results. These terms do not remove Zuvel's obligations regarding the design, implementation and service contracted, or consumers' rights before the business.

7. Channels and integrations

AI Workers can manage interactions on connected channels, including WhatsApp, as agreed. The business must be authorized to connect its accounts and must inform its users about the use of their data. Communications must respect recipients' preferences and the channel's policies.

Integrations depend on technical access and each provider's terms. Their changes, restrictions or outages may affect specific features. Zuvel and the client must coordinate the appropriate measures according to their respective responsibilities; an external incident does not automatically exclude liability for one's own actions.

8. Data and confidentiality

The privacy policy explains the data processed, the purposes and the channels for exercising your rights. In AI Workers, Zuvel processes on behalf of the business the information needed for its operation and interactions; the business determines the purposes and Zuvel acts as data processor following its instructions.

Implementation terms must document access, providers, protection measures and rules for retention, return or deletion. Client data does not become Zuvel's property, and these terms do not authorize selling it or training models with it.

Non-public information shared for the service must be used only to provide it and protected against unauthorized access or disclosure. Legal confidentiality and data protection obligations continue after the relationship ends. Any disclosure required by a competent authority is limited to what is legally required.

9. Brand, content and developments

The Zuvel brand, its visual identity and the website's own content are protected by intellectual property law. Browsing the website does not grant a license to present them as your own or use them commercially without authorization. Third-party materials remain with their respective owners and licenses.

The client retains the rights it holds over its data and materials. Ownership and usage licenses for software, custom developments and deliverables must be defined in the corresponding agreement; no assignment is presumed merely from sending information or visiting this page.

10. Continuity and termination

Support hours, availability levels, maintenance and termination terms are those of the agreed service. The website does not announce a universal availability level or a single support period for all products.

Any restriction due to a security risk or unlawful use must be limited to what is necessary and communicated when legally possible. The consequences of breaches and the opportunity to remedy them are governed by the agreement and the law, not by an unlimited power to cancel services.

When a service ends, access and the return or deletion of information must be coordinated according to the agreed terms and legal obligations. This page does not set an automatic deletion period or promise to keep data indefinitely.

11. Liability and rights

Each party is liable for its own actions and obligations under the contract and applicable law. These terms do not establish a full release of liability for Zuvel, an automatic indemnity payable by the client or a general cap on liability.

No provision limits consumers' non-waivable rights or prevents recourse to the competent authorities. If a provision is found invalid, the others will apply to the extent they can legally remain in force.

12. Contact and dispute resolution

You can write to [email protected] stating the service or request and a description of what happened. We will try to resolve it with you through this channel; doing so is not a condition for exercising rights, filing claims or turning to the authorities.

Colombian law applies, without prejudice to any mandatory rules relevant to the case. Disputes will be heard by the legally competent authorities; no mandatory arbitration or venue that disregards consumer rights is imposed.

13. Effective date and changes

This version is in force from October 4, 2026. Updates will be published with their date, and changes relevant to a contracted service will be communicated through the agreed channel. Where acceptance is required, it must be obtained expressly: continuing to browse does not authorize new charges or replace consent to process data.
